"It was my second stay at the property, and the service remains excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially a Taiwanese lady who took the initiative to assist me while I was weighing my luggage and offered to deliver it to my room. I truly appreciate her kindness. While the room was a decent size and provided sufficient space to repack, I was disappointed in the breakfast. The menu has been significantly reduced since my last visit in November 2025; though the quality was good, it no longer justifies the price. For future travellers, the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to Aeon Mall and Narita Station. At the station, you will find Skytown Narita alongside numerous dining options. If you walk about 15 minutes from there, there is an Aeon Town which has a large supermarket. Else, you can opt to go to Aeon Mall which also has a large supermarket, which has many different shops in the mall, including a large sports shop. During my last trip, the tight shuttle schedule limited me to eating at Aeon Mall. This time, however, I explored the area around Narita Station and dined at a fantastic local Izakaya serving delicious 100-yen skewers. It felt like an authentic hidden gem, as I was the only foreigner there."
