"Economical hotel that is geared to the traveler who is weary after flying into Narita. The hotel is on both train lines (JR is better because there is a bakery and a 711 on the short walk from the station to the hotel). It is for the traveler that wants something clean and convenient that doesn't care about a mark on the wall or carpet that has been replaced in squares; it is well maintained and used building. The internet is easy and free. The water is hot enough (if you want) to burn the airplane off of you with a tub you can sit in if you want a bath. This isn't some luxury resort, but if you have been some places I've been, it's great."

"Nicely renovated hotel. Room was nice and clean Reasonable price with Free breakfast buffet was great. Tipicall airport hotel as no dinning option around so I had hotel dinner buffet wasnโ€™t worth money I paid for. I was disappointed. Hot springs is in the hotel facilities, it was nice but I have to pay extra. Iโ€™ll stay again. But Iโ€™ll eat dinner at the airport then check in to hotel will be my plan next time."
