The best value and location. Close to the Nippori Station, which makes transit to several parts of the city convenient. Staff was excellent, courteous and hospitable. Breakfast is the best! We definitely will stay again!

Stayed here for just over a week. Location is awesome - extremely close to Nippori Station but pretty quiet. Absolutely no complaints - clean, nice amenities (ice machine, vending machine, and washer/dryer on one of the floors!). I had a single room and while it's somewhat small, that's pretty expected and was still plenty of space for me during my stay. Staff was very nice and able to assist in English. All in all, enjoyed my stay!

I stayed here twice so far and I love it. I especially like their breakfast buffet which offer a lot of traditional and local Japanese breakfast food as well as Chinese and Western style food.
