"Staff excellent, everyone so helpful and kind! The location was great because it was right by the station and easy to get around, On our last day “Jose” went out of his way to help us get a taxi too. We definitely recommend this Hotel! "

"We loved the luxurious feel of this hotel, yes its a little dated but it felt lovely. The location was amazing, the view was fantastic and the staff lovely. Free parking was available across the street, but you need to pull in at the front door for the concierge to give you a ticket and direct you to your parking bay. The bathroom felt the oldest of everything."

"Arrived in the city early in the day so the front desk offered to store my bags. When I did check in, my bags were already in the room. The hotel is on the east side of Kamakura Station and close to shrines and temples and shopping. The room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent hotel in Kamakura."
