Shinagawa Prince Hotel
The location was perfect; however, the property needs updating. The room was a typical Japanese size (a small room) and still looks like it's from the 1970s. Available amenities were poor compared to other hotels. Food at Hapuna was extremely poor quality. I don't recommend spending money there.

I only had the breakfast buffet once but It was well sorted. I recommend to do reservations in advance, we did not have one and had to wait 30 minutes which was not bad since we can seat and enjoy the view of the city and the tower.
