Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Convenient spot right across from Shinagawa Station, rooms are clean and staff are frenly. Hence am back to stay here for another 7 nites when my trip to Saporro Was cancelled due to bad weather situation.

The staff at front desk barely spoke English. There was a long line to check in. The room was tiny and super outdated. Would absolutely not stay here again.

Very clean room, modern bathroom,and courteous, helpful staff in a great location. Excellent breakfast and meals in the hotel and also easy access to shops and restaurants in the airport!!
