"Fabulous room with a view. The staff were very attentive. One thing that was lacking was the availability of coffee. There are no coffee places open before 8 am, the hotel does not provide lobby coffee and there is an espresso machine in the room that provides teeny amounts of not great coffee."

"This was by far the best hotel I have been to for my whole trip in Japan. The space is amazing for solo travelers. The amenities were outstanding and the quality of care that I received was out right the best that I ever received. Next time I come to Japan, I will gladly book more hotels through citadines. "
