"Good day. I am writing because we had a flood in our room. They came and fixed it but our clothes and personal stuff were all wet. It was leaking all day. No one from the staff came and asked us if everything was ok. It was just brushed off. No offers for another room or anything. Highly disappointed. I would write anything but when we first arrived there was jack hammering going in in the construction and we were on the 2nd floor. It seemed like a nightmare from the beginning. I enjoyed my stay in London but not at the hotel. I just survived breast cancer and this was my cancer free vacation. I hope you can make this right. Sincerely Rachael Hettinger. "Hotel itself is great and the staff were really friendly on check in. Room are small but comfy and very clean. The breakfast buffet was great too. Only downside is that the bar/restaurant in the hotel was really bad for drinks. They were super slow, forgot our orders and still put on a crazy service charge. Other than that it’s fab! "
