"Staff was so friendly and went to find any way they could to make the stay the best. Rooms are clean and simple, cozy. Lunch was awesome! I didn't have breakfast but I bet it would have been great too!"

"Staff is perfect. The food was good just the same thing every meal. Sometimes cold. I wanted to add a guest and was charged a lot more than I thought. The Montego bay resort guest are not allowed on the palace beach. Reminded me of Jim Crow it wasn't a good feeling when I was told I to leave the beach. Other than than everything else was good. Staff is excellent. Night life was good. Just wanted more reggae music vibes. But I enjoyed the music that was. I give this place a thumbs up."
Princess Grand Jamaica Resort - All Inclusive

"We recently stayed at Princess Grand to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and the staff made it truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, everyone greeted us with warm, welcoming smiles and was always ready to assist. They were incredibly helpful and even stored her birthday cakes for us without any hesitation. The pool area was a massive hit my daughter absolutely loved the water park and the slides! For her birthday dinner, we went to one of the restaurants to celebrate and cut her cake. Even though a staff member mentioned that the resort doesn’t usually do big birthday celebrations, a few of them still gathered together to sing and help us wish her a happy birthday. It was such a sweet, thoughtful gesture that we deeply appreciated. If I had one suggestion, it would be great to see birthdays and celebrations made a bit more "alive" and energetic throughout the resort. People love to visit hotels to celebrate their big wins and special milestones! That being said, the hospitality here is fantastic, and we had a wonderful time."

"My stay was okay, but there were several areas that could be improved. The room was not as clean as I expected, and there were old drink bottles left in the refrigerator when we arrived. The staff was not very welcoming, and customer service could have been better. I was also looking forward to a nice beach view *paying extra for balcony due to hving a good view* , but the view from my room was limited and not what I expected. The location was convenient, but overall, the cleanliness, service, and room experience did not meet my expectations. We’ll most definitely be booking a different resort next time."

"The property was in good shape, the room stayed clean, and the food when cooked correctly was good. We stayed almost a week but had some difficulties at the airport which delayed our trip. The hotel would not reimburse us for the day we did not make it there due to 5 flight delays that we had no control over. The management team would not even entertain any sort of credit. This would make me not stay in the future as there is no controlling if you cannot fly to your destination."

"Went for a girls trip from 6/4-6/9 and had a great time!! The rooms were clean and spacious with a nice large bathroom with double sinks and an amazing mirror!! The shower has a nice rain head and handheld shower head. We did have 1 day that we had only warm water, it didn't get hot but they let us know in advance. The staff were great, very friendly and welcoming!! The entertainment team was amazing!! From the pool parties to the shows at night and all the times in between they kept the energy up!! The bar staff kept the drinks in your hands in a timely fashion!. The pools were great, plenty of chairs available we never felt the need to rush and grab a spot. For being a family resort I didnt really notice the kids or were bothered by them. Food was very good at the a la carte restaurants, we didn't have any issues with reservations. The buffet was standard, tons of choices for breakfast. The only downside to the resort was the location and views surrounding it. A lot of construction sites and run down homes directly infront and to the side of the hotel. They have the neon party and white party but you have to travel off site to another Riu resort. Would definitely try another Riu resort in the future... already looking at Aruba!!"

"Our first all inclusive experience and it was definitely one to remember. All the staff was so attentive and professional. Chad, Fresh and Kiwi always had fun activities and kept everyone engaged and having fun. A very quiet and relaxing resort. Great food and beautiful views I would most definitely stay here again!!!"
