"The pool was large, never enough staff at the swim up bar and pool area to get drinks. No quick outdoor food around the pool area. Bar staff not friendly. The beach area very rocky hard to get in the water with out water shoes. Hotel room was dirty when we arrived. We purchased a King bed and received two Queens. The staff at check in were not helpful said it was not guaranteed. Most of the restaurants and entertainment was on the family side. We did not know this before. We wanted adults only. We will not go here again. "

"Every room has at least a partial ocean view depending on which floor you’re located. Food was plenty to choose from but seemed to circle around the same theme. The specialty restaurants were rather disappointing. They run short on the pool towels and at times have none to give out. The property is clean and very new with staff across all departments going above and beyond. The beach is unfortunately covered with seaweed and to enter the water you have get through a thick barrier of seaweed as well and watch for scattered, sharp rocks hiding just under the sand. The beach has a nice soft sand with plenty of seating, beach volleyball and soccer. It definitely is a party place with music and entertainment that can be heard throughout the rooms until at least 11pm. Overall, everyone can find something to enjoy at this location. "
