"Overall, the resort is nice, fun and safe. Staff super nice and helpful. The room was a little outdated. The TV fell off the wall during our stay and had to call maintenance. Scheduled a private birthday dinner that included a private chef. The chef was scheduled to meet us up at our room at 6:25 to escort us. Waited 20 minutes with a no show. Went down to the service desk to make sure it was canceled ($150) and they were giving us the run around until I told them we were not in the mood anymore and frustrated. Shows in theater were pretty good but super loud. Beach area is more of lagoon with some turquoise water. Restaurants were only opened during the weekend during our stay and not during the week. Same buffet food each day of the week. I would give this resort a 7 out of 10."
