"The Drury Inn in Knoxville was simply marvelous. After several travel days where our hotels were mediocre to just plain awful, this was exactly what we needed. Their Happy Hour was well managed and the staff so very attentive and genuinely happy. Breakfast was nothing like the standard packaged carbs and watered down coffee. My husband said the coffee was excellent! When you figure two dinners and two breakfasts, this was beyond economical."

"I travel a lot and this was the hardest bed I’ve ever not slept on. No MSN but 3 fox stations. Not sure if that’s on the hotel or not. "

"The hotel was in great condition, was lively when we visited, and the amenities were great (complimentary bottles of water, cookies, and a great breakfast). Would stay here again if visiting or passing through."

"Elevators were out and no communication on when they would be fixed and no 1st floor rooms. We should have just cancelled staying there as someone in our party has bad knees. There was no attempt to get us a 1 st floor for any of the nights."

"It says no smoking but the whole hallway smelt like pot smoke and cigarettes. It’s loud, dirty, could feel dirt in the sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. It’s a place to rest your head after a long day of travel and that’s about it. If we didn’t get there until midnight I probably would have booked elsewhere. "
