"The hotel is on The Strip which is a really good location. The check in was good as we were able to self check in and check out so we didn't have to que. The luggage store was free which was a bonus. We stopped in the Valley Tower and the room was a good size with a small table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool. The hotel was the only one on our travels which didn't provide free coffee which is really poor as the coffee was part of the mini bar. It would benefit signage as to how to exit the hotel onto the Strip as you can walk round for ages trying to get out and if you exit via the hotel lobby you end up round the back of the hotel trying to find a safe walking route."

"The room was outstanding. The only problem was checking in at the wrong check-in desk at the Palazzo rather than the Venetian and I had to move my car to be closer to the room. They're parking to me is confusing but I have no complaints about anything other than that"

"The hallways and the rooms were updated and very clean. The bed was comfortable enough. The shower was pretty weak. But the bathroom was very clean. The staff was great. We had dinner in the casino. I would not recommend it. But the lunch the next day was excellent. Different cooks to be sure. The bartenders were great! Especially B! She was awesome."
