"Wonderful stay! Spend the weekend in St Louis stayed here and another hotel and I’m glad this one was my longest stay. Customer service top of the line. Harvey took care of us from Valet to helping us with our check in and luggages. Definitely felt we had a one on one experience. "The staff at Magnolia are incredible! From the second we walked through the door, they were friendly and super-accommodating! We had booked a different hotel through hotels.com, and the hotel had cancelled our reservation because they changed owners (per the very rude girl at the front desk). Hotels.com changed our reservation for us, and we could not be more pleased with the service we have gotten at this hotel. The room is fantastic (double queen suite). I highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay in downtown St. Louis! "
