Cleaning ladies went above and beyond to organize our belongings.
The staff was willing to give us an upgrade in room size after arrival when a room opened up; we were supposed to make the request before arrival.

Very happy with my stay here. Very central - nearest station is just 5 minutes away with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
Clean, comfortable, fairly spacious room. It had everything I needed - comfortable double bed, good wi-fi, kettle, mini-fridge and the shower was powerful.
The air conditioning worked well but I would have liked it at a lower temperature. Hong Kong is extremely humid in the summer.
I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

The location is great. Walking distance to MTR, bus and tram stations. Many cafes, restaurants, noodle shops, bakeries and right opposite the Causeway Bay Market. The hotel staff is very helpful. Very clean and comfortable room. Will stay there again.
