"Modern, clean, luxurious hotel with a beautiful infinity pool, sauna, steam room, and rooftop cocktail bar. We had a high floor room with harbour view which was so worth it. The location is close to transit and in a newer area that is a bit more chill away from tourist crowds. What more can you want"

I literally have to book another hotel in the middle of my first night here because I couldn't sleep on this god awful mattress. They also gave me a twin bed too when I specifically asked for a king bed. Staff unwilling to compromise or even consider a partial refund. Well, that's cool, ur just losing my business from now on. "My overall rating is bad for this hotel because these people lack business integrity. They charged me for the same set of services twice. I even showed them proof in my credit card statements that I already had made the payment. They promised me that they would look into this and keep the duplicate charge on hold. Yet they went ahead and charged me twice for the same service. So please stay away from this hotel. They lack business integrity. Now I have to dispute the charges on my credit card as duplicate charges."
