"The staff was terrible and very unhelpful. The room was dirty and had cockroaches. We informed the staff about the issue, but they did nothing to resolve it. Very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend staying here."

"The rooms are way larger than the Ramada at TST and SYP so it felt more homey went you walked into the room. The lobby was very courteous. There is also a sink in the room but no stove or anything like that as cooking is not allowed under law based on what i read. There is a wet market right outside the hotel on the block. The MTR is 2-3 blocks away which makes it very convenient. The seaside harbor and the mall is also 2-3 blocks away. There are restaurants conveniently located not far away. North Point is somewhat quiet with little night life. Causeway Bay and Wan Chai is 30-45 minute walk if you want to take some strolls. Victoria Park is on the way if you do decide to explore the neighborhood."
