"Great location, easy access to Scottsdale and East Phoenix via major freeways. Staff were 6/5, the nicest people. Property is dated, BUT, they maintain it well and keep the rooms clean. The "garden" and Bocce/cornhole area needs some updating. It was just dirty and dusty when we visited. Overall, it was a nice place to relax by the pool. "

"There are only 3 pools for kids, 1 is a 21+. The massive water slide that is advertised in every photo is only for 48” or higher but that isn’t posted anywhere on their website. Had to call a few times to get extra coffee and dishwasher pods and when they did come they just brought coffee. Their checkout paperwork says “ask about a late checkout” we didn’t even speak and they said no. Not let me check, I can only give you 30 mins, just a no. Overall an okay property, but definitely won’t be buying a timeshare and probably wouldn’t return. "

"An older but well maintained hotel. The front end staff are amazingly helpful. Miss DeAsia helped me with a booking issue and solved the problem without reserve. "

"The parking was easy. The property desperately needs an upgrade in the rooms were not great. The shower was ridiculous to try and use. You had to pull with all of your strength on the faucet to get it out of the wall to actually have any sort of water pressure. The carpet in the hallways was coming up. The breakfast was not like every other holiday inn and they charged $15.99 per person. The servers were incredibly kind and I genuinely felt bad they were wasting their time because they were such nice people without customers. I would not stay here again. "
