"Room was spacious and well kept. Wasn't fond of the entry and lobby being open to LOUD club music. $28 for a cold breakfast buffet. Was only provided 1 human sized towel for the shower, but add'l towels were promptly delivered. "

"This was an unexpected nice place. Every year, there's a big conference in Chicago and all the hotels downtown are expensive. I decided to try this one a little further north in Lincoln Park next to the famous Weiner Circle. It ended up being a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Very bright and clean and organized. Entry was easy with a keypad and everything was very well organized inside. Only downside was it was a little loud with next door in the patio. Not bad though. I would definitely stay again and have already told my friends who have family visiting to book here."

"We appreciate the proximity to family & this is our go-to hotel with each visit. We especially want to acknowledge the Front Desk Clerk Neil as amazing with each stay. However, he went above & beyond maintaining professionality when dealing with a small group of obviously intoxicated adult individuals/hotel guests one evening. They were VERY obnoxious! My husband & I had just returned for the evening. We hope that Hotel Management will acknowledge Neil for excellent customer service. Isaac & Adrian were also very helpful during our stay. The only disappointment was when housekeeping was scheduled to clean our room, only our bed was made-bedding was not changed, trash removed & toilet cleaned. Our room was not vacuumed & tables were not wiped off. No coffee pods/cups, toiletries & an extra toilet paper roll (as usual) were left, so my husband had to go to the front desk to request items. This has not happened in previous stays. Thank you. We are looking forward to visiting when the new bar space is opened. "
