"We booked two rooms for our stay—one was perfectly fine, but the other had a clogged sink with a bad odor. I reported the issue to the front desk while heading out for a walk. When we returned, the sink had partially drained but was still very slow and continued to smell. Because of this, we chose not to use the sink for the rest of our stay. There was no follow-up from staff or confirmation that anyone had come to address the issue, which was disappointing. Overall, the hotel was okay, but...

"The staff was well trained and patient. They were helpful and seemed to happy employees! I especially loved the cleanness and the amenities such as happy hour and breakfast. Parking fees are astronomically too high! Private owners. Will return! Happy Hilton member! I deserve my points. But, I booked 3rd party. "
