"Not very clean. Not kept up in general. We came down a day early for our longer family beach trip and decided to pickup a room here for a quick overnight stay until our other room opened up. We were not impressed at all. Felt like a bad decision and we didn’t rest well."

"No cleaning service the whole stay, had to ask for towels at one point. Trash piled up with no pickup. Most uncomfortable bed ever in a motel."

"The Gulf view was breathtaking! The staff was amazing. Amenities throughout, always a plus! Easy beach access. Clean room, cleaning crew could have gone the extra mile and swept the floor but hard to complain when everything else was top notch! "

"Our stay at Palmetto was nothing short of amazing! We had booked a reservation and didn’t know they had 2 properties, assuming they saw the disappointment when finding out we were across the street, the sweet lady at the front desk instantly informed us of an upgrade that not only was bigger, but was beachfront with an awesome balcony view. Of course we upgraded, & was so thankful for that decision! Every staff member we saw or come in contact with was so friendly & it wasn’t because the job required it. It was genuine! The cleanliness of the whole property amazed us! The parking was even great! The pool/hot tub was cleaned every morning, and the fact they have one indoor pool and one outdoor pool was very convenient! We are already booked for our next trip! Definitely recommend booking a reservation with this property!"
