"Everything went well. Great friendly staff, clean rooms and great breakfast. Also the shuttle is a great feature, saves time from getting stuck in traffic and no worries on having to look for parking in the Historic area. Made our stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend."

"This is a very nice property, clean and on the “main drag”. The best part of the hotel is the staff, from checkin throughout our stay, the desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast was excellent, and the young lady preparing the food was very nice and helpful. I’d stay here again. Lastly, though not in the “heart” of downtown St. Augustine, it was easy to get down. We took the Old Town Trolley, which was great. Look for Texas Tim to be your driver! "

"ROMM was spotless.. Loved the gift shop and bar/restaurant as you walk into hotel check- in. Because it's been somewhat cold compared to Florida normal temperatures, i assume it was not super full ( beavh fromt property) The clerk was super upbeat, friendly and upgraded our room to Ocean Front (Gorgeous) and a small balvony over looking the pool. As a first timer "

"This is an older hotel so one has to keep expectations reasonable. I did have a significant issue with the water temperature in the shower. I articulated the issue to the General Manager and she timely investigated my complaint and offered an appropriate credit. The proximity of the hotel to the beach is its best feature. The continental breakfast was a nice start to the day. "
