" The staff had to be told when food needed to be filled at breakfast. There was a female staff that was on top of it and went out of her way to help people throw out their trash . The men, however , were in the office or elsewhere and someone would have to go find them and tell them when something was needed. "

"May sound silly, but the best hot tub in a commercial hotel we've been in. Clean, ofcourse, but the jets were amazing. Reached my upper shoulder and not weak bubbles and jets. Pool was also clean and just right temperature.... not freezing. Beach out back was wonderful. Sand, lake Michigan chairs, etc. Great for evening but best to sip coffee int eh morning to get started on your day touring. "

"The resort is a little dated - some chipping paint, doors stick, but very clean with excellent staff. We hung out and played games in the piano room when it was raining and got excellent massages at the spa. Dinner at Chianti was amazing. Breakfast at the main dining room was okay food, but great service. Overall would stay again. "

"This was a great hotel for a weekend away. The rooms were clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the main spaces were nice. Breakfast is a light continental which was fine but could use rephrasing on the listings. "
