"This is a wonderful hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. It is a beautiful hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet. It's location is perfect access to old town shops and restaurants, including a couple of tailors with great prices within a block."

Jimmy, Celena and Linh were outstanding. Happy to change our room after one night to give us a quieter room. Helpful with directions and always a lovely smile. It was our first visit to Vietnam and made a strong impression. We recommend the hotel highly. The location is also great near the smaller lake and a variety of shops and restaurants.
