"A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."

"Staff rude, hotel full of teenagers drinking, playing loud music, and messing with fire extinguishers in hallways... Reception staff did not speak any English, when checking out they would not accept the email from Expedia saying 'you have paid for your room' so we had to show credit card statement - just trying to get more money! Would not recommend. Will not return."
