"This was one of the better motels in the medium price range we stayed at until we tried to shower the following morning. Water pressure was low and the shower did not work at all. Had to settle for a pta bath. The help didn't offer any apologies, just said they would look into it!"

"I had an issue with the card key. It would not let us open the door to the room and upon resetting it by the desk it still wouldn't work. The third time the desk gave us new cards and after many attempts it finally took. All of this happened around 12:00 a.m. unfortunately. And on top of that the desk and the room are about a 3 block drive away."
