Around 4 a.m., a strong, gas-like smell that appeared to be aircraft exhaust entered our room. The odor lingered throughout our stay, and the room felt poorly ventilated. The heating also didn’t work. We were provided with a small portable heater, but it was nowhere near powerful enough to heat the suite, leaving the room extremely cold. What frustrated us most was that when we brought these...
