A noter que la piscine n’est pas à l’hôtel même mais à 1 coin de rue dans un décor exceptionnel et très tranquille "

"Breakfast was good, but choices were limited. There was no snack bar that you can go to anytime of day or night. Of all the restaurants that we had dinner at, the best was Los Olivos while the worst was n̈the one on the 7th floor.
The steak was not good and the grilled salmon did not look or taste grilled.
Overall, service was good. Staff were.friendly "

"Staff was wonderful, we were interested in time share, we were told 30 minutes, Alexa, the sales girl was nice, but kept saying the hotel was not in the best condition, then her boss stepped in, they wanted an answer immediately, we wanted the 10 year plan, but asked for some time to consider, it was 23k dollars for a10 year plan after all, her boss was insulting, saying he knew if we didn't make s decision immediately, we probably couldn't afford it, then he left and another person came over, even worse attitude, laughing at us , we had agreed to meet Alexa the next day at 830, she called at 835 waving an answer to see if it was worth her time to drive to the hotel or not , the presentation was over 90 minutes, abs they kept repeating how bad the hotel condition was, besides this, the rest of the staff was wonderful, will probably not return because they soured our trip"

"Great room with great view of ocean and pools . Breakfast was awesome and always well stocked. Staff were great though out the resort, beautiful place with a great beach, pool and amenities. All around an awesome resort and would stay again!"
