"Although I had apparently booked a standard room it was presented in a very high specification and was more spacious than its m2 rating would suggest. Staff were polished and highly professional at all levels. I knew the breakfast was highly rated but that was exceeded and the venue inspiring."

"Great location. In need of a quiet lounge. Rooms at the back a bit noisy in tge evening as they are above the lively Pickked Sprout and adjacent to other restaurants and bars."

"Lovely clean and spacious room We did have a problem but they moved us straight away Staff were always happy to help with anything We could not hear any noise from outside and the hotel was quiet at night time Breakfast was good always hot and refilled when empty"
