Upon arrival, a security guard was at the main entrance asking if I was checking in, to which I replied with a yes, and he got my vehicle information. I parked then proceeded to check in. I put my stuff in my room then left. However, when returning a few hours later, the people next door to me were loud and seemed like they wouldn't stop. So, I called the front desk and explained the situation. I was able to switch rooms, and it was much quieter for me. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again, because both rooms were clean and quiet (except the 1st one), they have security, ample parking and close to the freeway and airport, if you need it.

The Radisson Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I arrived late as the restaurant was closing, but they still took my order and made me a fantastic dinner. I loved that the hotel was close and conveniently located near the Oakland Airport.

We were in room 110, the door was messed up it didnt close on its own. So maybe look at that.

Beds were comfortable but if I would have known this was more like an upgraded motel 6 I wouldn’t have chosen this hotel. Room smelled like smoke. Beware breakfast you have to pay for it in lounge not included .

The only thing I am disappointed with is the shuttle services. Hotel shuttle from the airport should be 24 hours. Shuttle pickup ends at 11 pm. I got in half hour after . Uber is 21.00

Hotel was mediocre, but area around it is completely downtrodden and unsafe. Furthermore, property charged me more than what Expedia said the stay would cost under the "reserve now, pay later option." Although I was told I would be refunded the difference with my deposit, I have yet to receive it. If you're looking for a place to stay in the Bay Area, fork over the extra $50-$100 to stay at a nicer location.

Ice machines were broke. I stayed in a non-smoking section weed smoke everywhere couldn’t get extra towels just ridiculous and I left my iPhone charger trying to get out of there

Arrived at the property and immediately felt unsafe. My hotel room was parking lot facing and as I was walking to my room, a man in the parking lot was yelling and coming towards me. When I opened the door, the room was not clean. The bed had sheets on the floor and towels on the floor. I went back to the lobby and they were extremely kind and accommodating and offered a new room but could tell I was shaken up so told me he could cancel the reservation. I had to prepay so didn't get my money back. The staff used their shuttle to take me to a different hotel.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The only thing was there was construction in the parking lot which made parking difficult. But, the property is fenced so I felt my vehicle was safe.

i was there one day, lobby was very clean and elegant. the room was clean but the bathroom did have a sticky stain on the floor. lots of stores and restaurants around the hotel. would i stay there again? maybe. for the price yes. but could be better with the cleaningness

The phone in the room didn't work. Door cards barely worked. No cups for bathroom. Excellent staff and liked that it was gated and it was patroled. The breakfast was really good, too
