"Excellent location, everything was in walking distance. Staff were very friendly professional and helpful. Monica provided us with an appropriate map and told us about walking routes, places of interest and restaurant recommendations."

"Great room, clean and quiet. Just be aware that their is no wall for the shower. Breakfast is expensive (but everything is expensive at Zürich) location was not the best, need to use the tram for transportation, it’s about 25 min away from main attractions. Never felt unsafe. "

"The hotel, location, the staff, and cleanliness was fantastic. My only complaint was noise. There is no air conditioning so the windows must be open. The hotel is next to the train station and a super busy intersection so it is really loud. Hard to peacefully rest. "
