"Great hotel, clean and pleasant; perfect location for the historic quarters of town. Specially good was the breakfast. Personnel are good, efficient and attentive all the way. They make you feel welcome. I will definitely recommend this hotel."

"After the disappointing welcome, things improved, other receptionists were very pleasant and helpful.
The array of fruits at breakfast was amazing. More cereal choice would have been nice and plain, unadulterated black tea sachets were virtually non existent. We did manage to get 2 Liptons teabags one morning.
There is no restaurant in the hotel other than for breakfast. There was no bar either on the first night but there was the following nights. "
