"The hotel is clean and comfortable. The rooms are a decent size, the bathroom is a little small but has excellent water pressure. The only downside for the Hyatt is lifts. I had to wait 15 minutes to get down to the lobby. Other than that, it’s a good hotel "

"The room was on the small side but great for one person. Loved the location and easy access to trams and the CBD, short walk to Chinatown, shops, lots of food choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a pool but it’s small and a sauna on site. I would not hesitate to stay there again if in the area."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Crowne plaza. Our room was well appointed and had everything we needed for a pleasant staff. There are multiple restaurant and cofee bars at the resort as well as multiple pools. Kids club on site daily was added bonus. Breakfast was lovely mox of local and western food. All areas were well maintained. Staff were very kind and attentive."

"Absolutely exceeded our expectations. Last minute night away for our family. Kids loved the pool, breakfast was great, and there was even candy floss for the kids when we arrived."

"Overall a good stay and great location. Basic amenities, clean comfortable beds. Bathroom could do with a good scrub, mould in grout, the door and walls dirty. An issue I had, having mobility issues, quite a few small drops in floors, i almost fell on them as they are not signed or coloured to highlight them anywhere. We had some small issues with heating and staff were fantastic in assisting with this. Our beds had a thin blanket and a sheet, and was cold especially with heating issues."

"The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of variety. The balcony with the view of the ocean was fantastic however, it was very loud at night with all the shows going on. Although the hotel was very convenient I would choose to stay somewhere quieter next time. Overall, the hotel was safe, convenient and had everything we needed. It was nice to be so close to all the stores and food restaurant choices and to have a grocery store located within the mall. I did find it difficult to get room service when I needed it however, there was one room service attendant, who was most helpful, a Filipino lady, who was very good about cleaning up after my son who became sick during our stay. I wish I could remember her name as I think she deserves a pay raise!"
