"Room had said there would be AC and did not have. The cafe in the hotel closes at 11 but stopped serving coffee 10:30. A few staff members were nice but the rest were very unprofessional. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Their professionalism and attentiveness throughout my stay were truly commendable and added greatly to the overall experience. My only suggestion would be for the hotel to reconsider the mattress firmness, as I found it a little too soft for a comfortable night’s sleep. Aside from that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return again."

"Centrally based to all transports and areas of interest, as well as shops and cafes/eateries. Room small but functional, bathroom could do with a 2nd rail to hang bath towel up. Breakfast was basic but good and kept stocked. Staff friendly and accommadating."
