Wonderful location! Went walking to Korakuen and Okayama castle, then by train to Bizen for pottery. The hotel is very clean, and has coin laundry on their last floor. Very convenient.

房間狹窄不舒適
房間非常狹小,我們訂三人房,轉身錯過都很困難,幾乎不能放置行李,無桌椅可供休息或放置東西,浴廁也很窄狹,有閉塞感。唯一可取之處是靠近火車站,站內購物用餐方便。旅館提供和洋早餐還不錯。

Reasonable price and conveniently located
The hotel receptions were all very professional. It would be great if the room is slightly bigger for 3+1 kid. The pillows were bad, all very thin and not ideal for my family as we prefer those with better cushion.

The hotel is very close to the train and bus station. We arrived before check in time so we left our bags with the hotel to explore Okayama by public transit. The transit system is very easy to navigate. Okayama is very clean. Check in was a breeze. All staff, including the maintenance people were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The room seemed a little small but it was clean, and the bathroom was very very nice. There was a multifunctional cable adapter in the room. I didn’t need/use it but I thought that was a nice touch. There’s also an Ethernet patch cable. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent, and there seemed to be ample electrical outlets in the room. I would definitely stay here again. Mywife took advantage of the sauna on the 10th floor.

We had a very good time here to stay in Okayama. Location is excellent and the facilities are nice. The hotel staffs welcome us nicely and also very helpful. Only thing that I want to mention is the air quality inside of the hotel. Everywhere else was clean but the air was not. But we enjoyed our stay at The hotel. Thank you!

チェックインのデジタル化が地味にストレス
チェックインがデジタル化していること自体は良いと思ったのですが、住所等個人情報を入力するタッチパネルの操作が押しにくいのと、反応が遅くて全部入力するのにすごい時間がかかりました。 結局手書きのほうが速いという、いけてないチェックインでした。 その他はとても快適でした。

Very convenient hotel, and very close (within a 5 minute walk) to two grocery stores, a large department store, a convenience store, and the city's main transit hub. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers onsen-like bathing, do-it-yourself laundry, and a very good breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again..
