部屋の臭いが気になりました。古い施設特有の排水口？の臭いみたいな。気になって寝付けませんでした。 スタッフは親切でした。少し歩けば中心地にアクセスは良いし、駐車場が無料で便利でした。

コストパフォーマンスがよい。具体的なコメントは　モノレール奥武山駅から徒歩で８分程度。ホテル真ん前にバス停があり、国際通り迄５，６分で２６０円、タクシーは頻繁に空車が通り、交通便はよい。徒歩１０分にイオンがあり買い物も便利。広い奥武山公園が通りを挟んで立地、散策も運動環境も良い。朝食はおにぎり１～２個＋みそ汁と珈琲もフリー。フロントも親切で好感持てる。コイン式洗濯・乾燥機もあり連泊者には便利。バスタブもあり清潔に注力が窺える。　不便なことは部屋が狭く大きなバックの置き場に苦慮、フリーWiFiのパワー不足で時たま動画などはフリーズする。料金を考えたら不満は言えないが・・。コスパはよく、次もある。
