Very clean. Washer and dryer was efficient and convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A lot of stores and restaurants that are walkable. Also has a nice beach trail right outside the building.

Nice property with amazing views. Rather utilitarian but the beds are comfy. Parking can be an issue but they have an extra lot a short walk away. Would stay here again

What I Like : Great location as it's walkable distance to American Village and Araha Beach. While the room size is not big, it's has all the things we need as a family of 3. We loved the balcony and beach front view. SImple breakfast was included every morning. There was also free parking space within the premises. The staffs that we met during our stay all spoke good English and very courteous in offering excellence service. Area for Improvement : Perhaps they can provide larger supply of laundry detergent in bottle instead of small packets for environmental and convenience reason. For longer stay (3 nights and more), I wish they could offer a quick room cleaning service. The additional parking space (about 150 meters away from the hotel) could be better maintained as I encountered dog/cat faeces on the parking ground with lingering smell.

Beautiful view right on the ocean. Within walking distance of very nice shopping and dining. Wonderful walking/running path right outside the hotel. Hotel staff very nice.

Location was the bom. The staff were super kind and accommodating. Beds were incredible. Melted immediately in peaceful sleep the minute we hit the mattress!

At first I was a little skeptical about the bldg as it looked more like a one bedroom apt setup, but it was actually an great stay for us. No carpet, but the water pressure and washer/dryer in the room made it super convenient for all the outdoor activities we planned around the area. The best part was the beautiful view of Araha Beach.

Have some english channels for news, and a couple of kids english channels like teen nick or the one you can watch sponge bob. For kids. You do that and it will be super.👍other than this I had no issues.

What is so unique were the staff Brian, Oliver, and Jacob provided outstanding service and recommendations of places to go, places to eat basically anything I asked. It must go to destination we’re all the people are fantastic.

Beautiful property within walking distance of shops, entertainment, and the beach. Awesome sunset view from each balcony. The available kitchenet and washer/dryer make the property great for extended stays – business or pleasure. The staff speaks English and is always available to assist. The price is an amazing value.

LOVED the washer n dryer, 2 pkgs detergent supplied. Bathroom sink large for doing hand washing, plus kitchen sink, 1burner stove, microwave, sm fridge awesome. Ocean view balcony nice for eating free continental bfast. Checkin/out very easy, staff friendly n helpful.

Nice Stay on Short Vacay!!!
Great Stay! Mostly because of Location. Close to family and close to everything needful. It was centrally located! Our room had the balcony with great Morning and Sunset view overlooking the Sea. AV was in easy walking distance. Our room did not have a phone, which I thought odd at first, and would be annoying considering we were on like the 4th or 5th floor or so...BUT turned out not annoying at all! In fact, the phone was not missed at all! The staff there was great service-wise! They were always responsive to our requests and inquiries. Could not ask for much more! Overall, a GREAT TRIP! Great Location! Nice Hotel!

The room I was in was immaculate. Bathroom/shower room was easy to use. Make sure to have google translate for the washer and dryer…which was also cool to have. Staff was helpful with taxi service and directions to boss restaurants
