1) Pre-trip emails with the staff was efficient & the staff accomodated to my requests abd questions. 2) Upon checking in, counter staff was so patient with my personal card blunder & just happened the room was ready for me earlier. 3) Room was big!!! More than enough towels were available. 4) Room had a heater! Thus didn't have to suffer in cold. 5) Gym was 24 hrs! Love it. 6) Conveniently located within buying of groceries areas. Not good: Just would have like to have more lights. Half...

Had a great stay! Was a pity it was only for 1 night. Loved the place, very clean and comfortable room, great size with plenty of space, and the bed was perfect. Location felt safe as well. Front desk staff was super nice and friendly, recommended good food that is nearby. For those who drive, parking felt secure as there is a main gate to go through with card access late at night. Totally recommend!
