"Ok on the plus side the room as lovely and ideal for my visit However my problems started with check in as I was left outside the Hotel without a code to get in my room key as reception only opens till 12.00 hrs not great but I got over that. Next morning I expected a buffet breakfast to be available but during winter this was not available why not inform your guests!! Then on my 2nd day of my stay I left a lot of coins in a bowl on my desk when I came back to the accommodation they were gone...

The room was very clean and spacious and had great views over the pool and beach. Having pool service for food and drinks was fabulous.
