"This is more a message to management. I usually do not do reviews. There were multiple issues. One is ok, but they had a few. When we came into the place there was crumbs on the floor near the couch. My wife flagged down a person and got it vacuumed. The toilet area did not have soup, we worked around this but they should put some in that area. The bed was not stable and moved around we told the staff in the morning thinking it would be fixed when we got back. It was not. The staff did...

"The pool needs redoing and area around the pool floor needed painting. The gym was too small and hot. The Executive lounge was amazing and staff was the best. Our suite view was spectacular and loved our room. Overall, enjoyed our stay. Just a bit far from everything tho. The restaurant food was too expensive. The valet girls were the best."

"My family and I so enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a little older but lovely. The staff are so nice and helpful. We got an ocean view room with a beautiful view. The breakfasts were delicious. We enjoyed the beach, outdoor pool and indoor pool. My infant daughter enjoyed playing in the kids room. There also was free parking included for our rental car. We enjoyed the Hawaiian dancing at night and delicious food. My family and I made wonderful memories here. We would love to come back someday! 😍"

"We loved this hotel. We were staying in the premier grand suite which was very spacious (2 separate bedrooms at each end of a hallway) and luxurious. We made use of the spa and treatments. Staff were lovely. We also enjoyed the pool but unfortunately there is some construction nearby so noise. Also, the beach was pretty but not swimmable as it is very shallow but good for young children. The breakfast spread was great and had some of the best croissants ever!"
