Great hotel for travelling with kids, we took our little baby. The room we stayed in was a suite and was a great space. You can hire a cot from the hotel for €15. This is a proper cot and not a travel cot. There is a microwave to heat baby food and sanitise bottles. This was in the corridor available to use. The staff were fantastic really friendly, attentive and couldn’t do enough to help really appreciate it thank you. The room itself was beautifully clean and well presented.

The room and bathroom were very spacious. Most of the staff were very attentive. Very convenient and easy transportation to Bruges, 10-15 minutes on the bus (€3) 3 minutes walk to the market square.

A very beautiful hotel near Christmas time. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Lovely breakfast albeit pricey. Dinner options are a bit limited especially if you have smaller children. The location of the hotel is inconvenient if you do not have a hire car. I’d say it is essential . Taxis are very expensive and th bus stop is a long walk from the hotel. Rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious. Cleaned thoroughly and regularly. Beds are very comfortable. Enjoyed the Jacuzzi and steam room.

Exceptional stay in the Family Rooms, plenty of space, comfortable beds, fantastic breakfast. Breakfast is not included if you book on a third-party site, it is well worth purchasing it! So many delicious options. The dinners are a bit pricey, but the food is extraordinary. Try the Bar-B- Que ribs and the Tenderloins. Fantastic! Easy trip to downtown Bruges.
Breakfast area- so many great options to choose from including Mimosas!
Waffles with sprinkles and whipped cream were a hit for the kids.

Great choice

Nice hotel with free parking just outside. The hotel bar and restaurant were also really nice. We recommend both the fish&chips, truffle pasta, bolognese and steak. Would love to come back again.

Motorway traffic noise meant we could not sit outside which was a shame & the town is very quiet. Train is 20 mins walk which was not too bad. Restaurant was expensive but nice.

Easy reach of Brugge. The hhotel was beautifully decorated. The breakfast buffet was excellent so much choice of food. I would highly recommend this hotel. You do need a car as there really isn't much around.
