The staff at Andaz is the very reason I gave a perfect 5 stars! They went above and beyond to meet all the requests. They were all so nice and make you feel like the most important person. I highly recommend this hotel even thou the price is on the higher end but the experience is amazing!

The toilet in the lobby and the faucet in the bathroom in the room were leaking. The same type of faucet doesn't close completely, so I thought it was inferior to a 5-star hotel. The defective facilities were very unpleasant.
