Hotels with Swimming Pools in Oriole Beach

"You would think with this hotel being right next to the highway you have a lot of road noise, but I’ve stayed here twice and that wasn’t the case at all. I do sleep with the air conditioner and a travel fan. I bring so that could probably help some. My only complaint is that they need to clean the vents in the bathrooms and both rooms I’ve stayed in and someone needs to take a little bleach and elbow grease to the grout in the shower. Otherwise I like staying here, it’s convenient, easy to park and go in and out of the room, and the staff is all great. "

"Rooms were okay toilets were small and short like kids. Staff was great! Across the street from beach but can walk everywhere. Bathrooms were very small. Could use a little update."

"The room could use a deep cleaning. Things in floor that should have been vacuumed. Toilet smelled like it needed cleaning. Balcony needed sweeping. The room service to ‘econo’ every other day was an excuse to not clean. Check-in is guaranteed by 4 pm. We received our phone call our room was ready at 3:58. The receptionists at check in seemed to have an attitude ‘don’t bother me’. Then we had to pay to park on the premises😡. Breakfast was not good & the coffee, not sure how you can get something that hot. Had to wait 10 minutes for it to cool enough to drink. Will probably not stay there again. "

"The property is beautiful with great beach access. A little over our price range, but you can expect that with a beach view resort. The breakfast was a very small buffet, costing $20 for a very small amount of food. Although, the convenience was nice. They had recently changed the ice cream company and their ice cream was delicious. I would stay here again. Definitely recommend! "

"Upon checkin we were informed the pool was not in service as they were refinishing the patio. Had this of been communicated prior we would not have stayed as we specifically chose this hotel for the pool. Even paying more for a pool view room. Which ended up resulting in loud machines being ran by 9 am each morning. Seal around the door was poor so sound was not muffled at all. Fire pit was a nice touch but unless you get there early you have little luck getting to sit by it. They did update the seating in the outdoor pavilion so that was nice. The warm breakfast was ok. Nothing crazy. But on day 2 we did find ants in the cereal. Staff didn’t seem to concerned about it."

"Homeless very scary people were living in back of the parking Dead cockroaches trash, and leafs and debris were in the elevator, sidewalks, and the room. Tried La Quinta, will go back to Best Western. Lady at front desk did not speak English."
