Cleanliness, staff and amenities were all amazing. We arrived early so they let us check in 4 hours early, we were also able to use the other building’s amenities which was awesome. The location was also great. Was close to everything we needed. No noise complaints, comfy beds, full kitchen, all the towels we could need. It doesn’t have an elevator but there are only 3 floors so it was totally fine for us.

Don’t be fooled into thinking this place is a hotel. It’s basically a college apartment complex - WITH NO ELEVATORS! That said, the staff were friendly and the room was clean/as shown in the reviews. Could’ve been worse but I do wish I’d looked closer before booking.

Yes. Love Cypress Pointe ! Stayed a few times already. The staff is friendly, the 2 bedroom unit was amazing. Love Charlie the Blue & Gold Macaw in the lobby. Location is great ! Close to shops and restaurants. Really good value.

The property was very clean and well maintained and the staff were very nice. The room was exceedingly small with a soaking tub right in the center. It's really only functional for one person. The parking situation is absolutely atrocious with an overflow lot quite a ways away. Cool was very nice and the fitness center was nice too.
