Loved the room. Most comfortable bed I have ever had at a hotel. Nice touch with managers reception after 5 pm. Breakfast was good with a good variety. Shuttle service was excellent and driver was friendly. Only complaint was the elevators are slow at times.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The only issues we had with the room were the A/C was not very cold, and the floors in the restroom needed a good cleaning (grout looked disgusting). The lobby and dining area were nice. The breakfast was great…both the food and the staff. The young lady at the front desk (black female with natural hair) was super nice, understanding, and helpful.
