Breakfast was okay. No phones in the rooms, unable to call the front desk. I understand the hotel is undergoing renovations, some areas still needed attention. The parking lot was very dark at night; more lighting is needed to keep people safe. Close to many restaurants and other businesses. Shower did not drain very well.

The room was okay- the bathroom needs updates. The shower door couldn’t stay closed , we had to wedge with hand towel, the baseboards were moldy and dirty and the door knob was broken. I was there 5 days and chose to get housekeeping once due to privacy - and they didn’t restock toilet paper or towels - we had to get it on our own. Food delivery comes straight to your door if you request it which shocked us due to safety but you have an option to tell the delivery staff to leave at front desk. I didn’t hear any loud noises although the Hotel is going through construction. The breakfast was simple but clean and good . The front staff as a bit serious but not rude and answered all questions . I would return to the hotel with my family .

Room was spacious and allowed for all to get comfortable. Breakfast- get there early as when things are out they are out! Little disappointing as we slept in but we’re down by 830 am. And not having coffee or tea available throughout the day was missed.
