Hotel was nice, clean, and easy check in. Breakfast could have had better options. And when housekeeping came they only did one bed instead of both. Other than that the stay was nice and peaceful :)

Rooms were clean ac units need to be cleaned. Main building with suites had great security second building not so much. Small breakfast in the morning. Staff was accommodating if you needed towels, etc. overall it was a good stay. The only amenity was a pool. Shops and food were in walking distance. Short drive to all the parks. Was affordable for a weeks stay.

Staff were efficient but not friendly the main public areas are nice and well kept, the breakfast room is very basic and the breakfast was also, if you like bread you are fine, but really not much else. The staff serving had coats on as the room was so cold, the least pleasant bit was the paper plates and plastic cutlery which isn’t in keeping with the rest of the hotel. Room was a good size and clean, however the AC unit is very noisy even when on the lowest fan and could not be turned off.

Stayed 6 nights, Oct 6-13th in the luxury city view suite. The room as well as the lobby had a very old musty, moldy smell that seeped into our clothes from being in the room. The shower head in our room was broken, could only use the jet setting or else no water came out. The complimentary "hot" breakfast that is given was the same everyday. Mini pancakes and boiled eggs. Staff were friendly, that is the only plus about our stay. Make sure everyone has a room key. That is the only way to get inside the building during business hours as well. Overall, cheap for the price but would not stay here again.

Excellent hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The location and overall service were outstanding, and I had a great stay. The only downside was the breakfast, which felt a bit outdated and could use more variety and fresher options. With an improved breakfast, this hotel would be nearly perfect. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, we had a great stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was welcoming and friendly, the pool was beautiful, and the lake view was amazing. The only downside was the breakfast, which was a huge disappointment. It offered only a few hard-boiled eggs, sliced bread, very poor-quality coffee, and a limited selection of fruit. On top of that, there was always a long line of guests waiting. We stayed for five nights but had breakfast at the hotel only once because it simply wasn’t worth it. For a hotel of this standard, I expected a much better breakfast. Improving the breakfast would make this hotel even better.

It was so clean they were always cleaning. Staff friendly. For the price it was a great place to stay only they do not have enough umbrellas for the table. Pool was very clean. Breakfast boiled eggs no scrambled eggs. No bacon ham or sausage. Had pancakes and waffles and fruit. These are the only complaint. But no airiport shuttle. I would stay there again it’s on the lake
