The woman at the front desk would not give clear directions to the Red Roof Inn when I asked for them over the phone. I was at the Mall across the street. It should have been simple. She then put me on phone hold and never picked back up after a 3 minute wait.

My stay started out great until the room above me started pouring toilet water down into my room on my last night there, the AC went on the fritz, and the manager of the hotel told their staff that was on duty Saturday night not to switch me and my husband out of the toilet water leaking room but thank God he didnt listen to her!!!!! I have been coming to this same hotel for over 5yrs and that one night has brought me to my decision of going to another hotel.

I'm handicapped and! Smoke hard to make it upstairs to our room, kids screaming in the pool I wouldn't be abled to get in the lift was covered to in the pool, didn't get the rest we needed, roaches, kids screaming in the early morning
