Helpful staff, clean, convenient location, good bed, good shower. Do not have kitchen utensils, but for vacation mode is not really necessary, the fridge is huge and microwave works perfectly.

Everything from check in to check out was GREAT ! The location itself is close to all individual needs. From grocery shopping to theme parks. Great hotel for anyone that wants a reasonable price if stay. No matter if you are staying for a couple days to maybe a month. You won’t regret your decision of the stay.

All amenities are kept at the front desk, there’s signage all over giving the feel that it’s a dorm or a very extended stay for a lot of families. The staff was very kind and informative but I stayed for 13 days, took my own trash out and switched my own towels. Never once did anyone attempt to clean or service my room.

Not bad at all for what it is I picked this one because it has wood floors instead of carpet so that always works better for health. Staff is nice hotel is quiet and incident location full fridge it's basic but it's exactly what you would need purity my only complaint is that the water pressure is not so strong and it's not quite as hot as I would like to get...

The room has a nice size. Bed was ok but didn't feel very sturdy. The air-conditioning didn't work on the first night and the window doesn't open so it was very hot. Thankfully the issue was fixed for the rest of the nights. The bathroom is good but we didn't know this hotel was an EXTENDED stay, so no toiletries, not even soap. You only get 1 towel and 1 pillow per person and since cleaning only gets done once every two weeks, no fresh towels. I did request an extra pillow and after reaching for one, I got an extra one for the rest of the nights. The location is good so if you are staying just a few days it's ok, but make sure you request extra pillows and towels for your stay. The room has a small kitchen but no utensils or appliances. You can buy or rent the utensils at the front desk which is ridiculous so we didn't use the kitchenette at all. On our last day the elevator broke down so we had to carry all ours bags down the stairs.

First day they put us in a room that had 2 people yelling next to it all night long, second day the moved us to a room that was half the size I paid for with a broken ac unit and no towels, asked for more towels and they had none. Terrible place do not stay here. Staff was friendly though at front desk.
