The staff were lovely and helpful, the location was great and the room was clean and spacious enough. My only issue is the bathroom is higher than the room and the toilet placement made it hard to use, I did fall out the bathroom a few times. Other than that it was a great stay

Always good to have public bath room in hotel and the price is economic in that convenient location; staff were very helpful and they actively came out from counter to settle our issues. It would be prefect if the hotel could provide simple drink.

Located just a few minutes walk away from a key subway to get across all of osaka, and within walking distance of many of Osaka’s primary attractions. This Hotel is perfectly situated right where you want to be in Osaka, the staff is friendly and greets upon every entrance and exit, there are infinitely many food choices nearby as well while still offering the consistent APA charm. I loved my stay here and if I ever come back to Osaka I’d be glad to stay here again.
