I actually really enjoyed this place, great area with good food spots and extremely close to train station. Was extremely clean, toilets had lots of features (blowdryer) I was lucky enough to have the whole row of capsules to myself so that could be why I enjoyed it so much. Capsule was roomy enough. Disliked how all pyjamas are the same, I was able to go out of my way to exchange them for a LL size since not everyone has the body of a growing teenager.

The place was very clean! :) The locker was not big enough for my luggage, so I had to store it at the luggage locking area on the first floor. It was a bit of a hassle to bring it up to pack and back down again to lock. The staff were super friendly and helpful in attending to all my requests i.e. lock and unlock my luggage etc. Really great service! :) I had a comfortable stay and will come back again.

J Garden is my first experience for a capsule hotel and it was great! It is very close to a subway station, 1-minute walk. So it was very easy to get to places such as Dotonbori, Okasa Castle & to go to Nara. Close to Shin-Osaka station, just 1 subway stop away. Really convenient using subways & buses with Suica card! Building is huge with the sign so able to see right away on my first day. The staff are very welcoming, speaks some English & will use translate app if needed. Provide you with clean pajamas & towels everyday. Has laundry machine, vending machines for drinks. They can store & lock your luggage by the lobby. Staff at front desk is available 24 hours a day! Place looks new, it’s clean & my capsule room is actually spacious for me. There’s a place to do some work, reading, writing on the first floor. I highly recommend this place. If in Osaka, I will definitely come back!

口コミの通り清潔感はありました。 入り口前のベッドだと人の出入りのたびにドアの音が鳴り気になりました。 あと朝の洗面台が非常に混んでいて、 お化粧やセットする鏡と洗面台は分けたほうがいいのではと思いました。

まず、入ってすぐにカウンターがあるけど、土足であがってしまった。 あと、カウンターでの説明が口頭だけなんで、利用法とか施設の内容についてよく分からない。 駅近出し建物も綺麗なんでそこはGood。

良かった点 ・清潔 ・スタッフが丁寧 ・新大阪駅から遠くない 悪かった点 ・大浴場のロッカーが壊れているのか、パスワードが固定。（貴重品は持って行かないやうに） ・深夜に防犯アラームの誤作動。全員1階に降りる始末。。。返金とかあっても良いくらいかなと思いましたが。（でも、この件は、今回に限ってだと思います。）

とてもきれいに保たれていたのと、館内儀タオルなどがすべてセットに含まれていた。新大阪駅から徒歩圏内or1駅乗っても駅の目の前とアクセスが抜群によい。スタッフの方の接客もとても気持ちいいものでした。
